  • 2 cups cooked turkey (chopped before measuring)
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme (or 1 teaspoon fresh)
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 pound potato gnocchi (454 grams/16oz)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

Instructions
